I'm sorry to hear that you must have many of the symptoms! I know that it FUCKS you to death, and cripples your ability to enjoy the things that you love, and makes your family think that you're just lazy when they wonder why you're exhausted all the time, even when you're FULL OF ENERGY, and going insane, fuckingdoctorsfuckingfda,
Just make sure that if you have any silver fillings (which are actually—without exception—around 50% mercury), you get them SAFELY removed. The main thing that fucked me up massively when I was already coming down with bizarre problems when I was around 15 or so was that I went to the dentist for a regular appointment, and I was found to have over 10 cavities (i lived in a bad house)—and some of them were behind my "silver" fillings. They drilled these out (and on an unrelated manner, replaced them with composites), taking standard precautions in doing so (which involved the use of a latex dam, which apparently doesn't protect well against mercury vapor). About a week later, it seemed that everything died. Things only got worse, for four long, miserable years. Before I had found out about mercury poisoning, I had completely lost my personality, and still suffer from unbearably painful headaches, as well as dozens of other things—including tinnitus, horrible breathing, and fucked up bowels. My attention span has been reduced to nearly nothing. I can barely read books. I hadn't noticed until it got very bad, but I developed tunnel vision. My thinking is extremely poor. Everyone's symptoms are at least somewhat different, as mercury causes damage in any amount, and it causes hundreds of problems as a result of this. I might be pushing my stance here, but given the prevalence of amalgam fillings, I would bet that WAAAAAY more of the problems that people have are attributable to mercury poisoning than many typical health experts (who don't understand the symptoms, or how to diagnose or treat it) would lead you to believe.
This Austin group stitches together the synthesized sounds of the '80s & '90s with '00s indie & '70s AM gold, all under glitchy electronics. Bandcamp New & Notable Sep 26, 2018

Pale Spring’s first two albums come to vinyl at last, full of moody, low-lit, trip-hop inspired songs with tender, haunting vocal melodies. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 16, 2021
